GroomBench is release-preview software in active development. This notice describes how the current build handles your data. It is not a legal document and GroomBench does not claim any privacy, security, or compliance certifications.

Your shop data stays on your computer

GroomBench is a desktop application. Your client records, pet records, photos, appointments, and backups are stored locally on the computer where GroomBench is installed. No GroomBench account or cloud service is required to run the application.

What GroomBench sends elsewhere

During this release preview, text messages run on a built-in test provider that records them locally without delivering them. GroomBench does not send your records, photos, or backups to the GroomBench team or to any other service.

What we may see when you contact support

If you request support, a GroomBench team member may connect to your screen for the duration of the session to help you. Sessions are started by you and are limited to what you agree to during that call.
